This document describes the results of proof of concept tests conducted by Microsoft Corporation to evaluate the performance and scalability characteristics of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The test scenario was based on customer requirements for a high volume call center of 1,500 concurrent users generating over 1 billion data transactions against a database containing over 1 TB of data.
